Occasionally, we can get things wrong and fail to meet your expectations. Should this be the case, we will aim to resolve any concerns or issues in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
In the first instance, please contact the Head of Business responsible for the dealership to which your complaint relates. Our experience has shown that they are best placed to resolve the majority of customer issues.
In the unlikely event that your discussions with the local Head of Business do not provide an acceptable solution then please proceed as detailed below.
If you have already had discussions with the local Head of Business and your complaint has not reached a satisfactory conclusion please email our Customer Services Department at email@example.com and your complaint will be acknowledged and then reviewed by the relevant Franchise Director who will keep you informed of their progress.
