Our Service centres are open for pre-booked appointments with additional safety measures in place.
We will continue to answer any sales enquiries via phone or online whilst the sales showroom remains temporarily closed.
We have temporarily closed all of our retail centres but we will conduct essential service and repair work for the emergency services and key workers from certain workshops.
We will continue to respond to all enquiries simply submit an online enquiry or call the retail centre.
We’re pleased to announce that following government advice our Rybrook Volvo service centres in Chester, Preston and Warrington have reopened for servicing and repairs. And while the onsite sales showroom remains closed for the time being, we will reopen again fully, when the time is right.
For your safety, we are currently operating by appointment only and would prefer customers to come to the centre alone where possible. We’re adhering to government guidelines on social distancing and cleansing practises, so you can visit with total peace of mind.
If it’s not convenient to visit, or you don’t feel comfortable coming in just yet, that’s OK. Many service options and consultations can be arranged remotely. Just call us Monday – Friday 9 am to 5pm or book online and we will call you back.
Our lead times may be slightly longer than usual but our priority is the safety of you and our teams is paramount. Some of the additional measures we have in place are detailed below.
On arrival at the centre you will be clearly directed. Hand sanitisers will be available on entry.
Minimal Key Contact
We will ask you to place your key on the desk. Your key will be cleansed on drop off and before returning to you.
Service Work Agreement
The service work can be discussed with the service team over the phone or on site. Our desks have screens for shielding and we can send all documents electronically.
Service Work Protection
Before entering the workshop all vehicles will go through an enhanced cleansing process and protective covers will be fitted. Service work is conducted within government guidance with appropriate PPE.
Once service work is completed the vehicle is cleansed, parked, protective covers are removed, a final cleanse of any touchpoints is then completed. A mirror hanger will confirm the final cleanse is complete and the car will be locked for handover.
Our desks have screens for shielding when speaking to a member of the team and we can send all documents electronically. We will only be taking card payments at this time. Keys will be returned cleansed.
