Rybrook Service Centres - Enhanced Hygiene

Helping us all stay safe

Our Commitment to Safety

To ensure the health and well-being of our customers and Rybrook Team members we have assessed all our service centres and put additional measures in place.  These include:

  • Assessment of all of our centres and additional measures put in place and tailored to each centre.
  • New service processes in place at all centres.
  • Enhanced cleansing processes in place at all centres.
  • Appropriate PPE provided for team members and centres including gloves and shielding screens for desks.
  • Sanitising stations throughout the centre.
  • Clear information and directional signage for customers.
  • Centres are open for appointments only and 24 hours before arrival customers will be asked if, to the best of their knowledge, they have had any symptoms in the past 7 days or been in in contact with anyone known to have had symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

Service Centre Entrances

  • Our service centres are only open to customers who have pre-booked appointments, this is to ensure social distancing and for the safety and well-being of customers and our team members.
  • Please park in customer space giving yourself a free parking space either side where possible .
  • Please follow the instructions on information signage at the centre entrance on social distancing/ hygiene and any other guidance.
  • Hand cleaners/ sanitizers will be located at the entrance for your use.

Inside the Centre 

  • All of our centres have been assessed. We have one way routes in place to restrict the number of access points and minimise contact on site. All public areas are subject to enhanced sanitisation processes.
  • Gloves and masks are available.
  • Sanitizers are located at the entrance and throughout the centre. There are dedicated bins for waste PPE and cleaning materials.
  • All our centres have  reminder signage on social distancing and sanitising throughout.
  • There is clear directional signage in the service centre including directional signage and physical barriers to ensure customers are clear where to go.
  • There are spacer markers on the floor to indicate 2m safe distance interval.

Service Advisor Appointments and Key Handover

  • All our service desks have shielding screens so you can speak to a Service Advisor at the centre or alternatively if you prefer you can do this before you arrive.
  • All documents are available electronically.
  • All car keys will be santised when handed in to the centre and returned sanitised to the customer.
  • We are only taking card payments at this time.
  • Once work is complete you will be directed to your vehicle and given the opportunity to check the vehicle.

Service Centre Work

  • All vehicles will be been cleansed and protective covers fitted before entering the workshop following a process checklist.
  • The workshop team all have appropriate PPE.
  • Our Technicians can send customers a video walk round of the vehicle in the workshop to demonstrate work completed or if any additional work is required to get approval.
  • Once all work is complete the car will be cleansed and then parked ready for collection, the protective covers will be removed, any touch points cleansed and the car will be locked awaiting collection.

Customer Seating/ Hospitality Areas

  • All our customer seating has been arranged to ensure social distancing and we have enhanced cleaning processes in place.
  • For the moment we are unable to provide refreshments, newspapers or magazines for customers.
  • Our customer computer terminals are temporarily closed.
  • There are hand sanitisers available.
  • Lead times may be longer than usual due to the enhanced measures in place we apologise for any inconvenience but safety is our priority at this time.
