Rybrook Service Centres Open – new safety procedures in place 

Dear Customers,

Further to my message regarding the temporary closure of our centres, I would like to update you on the steps we have taken to re-open our service centres for pre-arranged appointments.

The safety and well-being of our customers, team members and their families has been and continues to be our utmost priority. Over the past few weeks in line with government guidance, we have documented and implemented new service processes following an individual assessment of each or our centres in order to develop new codes of practice and provide the appropriate PPE required for each specific location.

Now additional measures are in place we are confident we can open our service centres safely for pre-arranged appointments.  By managing the number of appointments and implementing enhanced hygiene measures our centres can adhere to the Government’s strict social distancing and safety advice. At this time we are operating special opening hours, due to the reduced team members on site and we will be closed at weekends.

I can assure you that we have the necessary processes in place, have installed new signage, sanitising stations, Perspex shielding screens and have appropriate PPE in place at all of our retailers so we can welcome back our service customers with confidence. At this time our retail sales departments remain closed to sales customers, however the team continue to respond to all sales queries online and via phone.

Once again I’d like to thank you for your understanding and continued support during this uncertain time and be assured that our team are available to answer any queries or concern via phone or email enquiries.

To Our Customers,

Thank you for your continued loyalty and support as we all come to terms with these uncertain times.

Over the past few weeks, we have carefully followed the government guidance with our desire to be part of the world’s efforts to “flatten the curve” of COVID-19 and protect our customers, teams and their families.  

We have temporarily closed all of our showrooms and most of our workshops but will retain small service teams at certain locations to conduct essential work for emergency services, to assist key workers and ensure their mobility at this time.

Our hope is that in taking this action, we will play our part to limit interaction and exposure between customers and among our own teams. These are unprecedented times we’re living in and we will keep you informed on when it is safe to reopen.
