We are looking for an ambitious, pro-active marketing co-ordinator to oversee our group marketing activity with a specific strategy of developing and improving our online presence, SEO and the use of Social Media effectively to drive enquiries and leads.
The successful applicant will assist in planning and implementing all marketing plans for the business ensuring that all events and media are of a high standard and adhering to all manufacturers’ brand standards and FCA regulations.
They will be able to identify new marketing opportunities, build and maintain the loyalty of existing customers, and increase the brand value of Rybrook BMW, MINI and Motorrad. Working closely with Heads of Businesses and Departmental Managers
The candidate will ensure sufficient support for the ongoing achievement of sales targets and quarterly business plan/audit requirements. They will be able to understand how best to implement targeted plans, develop digital strategies and keep up to date with the latest and future technology and marketing concepts. Ideally, the applicant will possess specific marketing qualifications or have extensive work experience in this area. They will be creative and an able communicator who can brief marketing agencies and get ideas across clearly with a very keen eye for detail.
This is a group role co-ordinating the marketing plans for five locations so the successful person must be able to deliver projects within tight deadlines, be self-motivated and work effectively under pressure together with having the necessary planning and project management skills.
