Rybrook Warwick Named BMW UK ‘Aftersales Retailer of the Year’

Most Retailer groups aspire to be the best in their particular field. To achieve this recognition once is a major achievement in its own right, twice is outstanding and for a third time it’s just unprecedented. Well let’s celebrate this coveted award again as Rybrook Warwick have done it for a 4th consecutive year.

Rybrook Warwick has once again achieved the coveted award of being named ‘Aftersales Retailer of the Year’ for the 4th year in succession at this year’s BMW’s National Retailer Conference.
Over the past 6 years Rybrook BMW has won a series of accolades for their Aftersales service. This has included 4 BMW national awards in succession, 2 AM Magazine awards in 2011 & 2014. On top of this in 2012 Rybrook Warwick was voted BMW World Aftersales Retailer of The Year at an award ceremony in Munich Germany.

What justifies this sort of success? The business has a laser guided focus on customer satisfaction, retention with astonishing results for overhead absorption.
