Rybrook’s MINI and BMW franchises have won 2 awards at the BMW and MINI national dealer conference in Helsinki.
Rybrook Warwick won BMW Aftersales Dealer of the Year and Rybrook Shrewsbury won MINI Approved Used Dealer of the year.
Rybrook Warwick has beaten stiff competition from more than 140 approved BMW dealerships across the UK this year to win the coveted BMW Aftersales Dealer of the Year Award. Lee Beacon, Dealer Principal, was delighted to accept the award on behalf of the team at Rybrook Warwick from Richard Price, Aftersales Director for BMW Group UK at an awards ceremony held at the BMW National Dealer Conference in Helsinki.
Based on performance in a number of key business areas, Lee Beacon said: “This is a fantastic accolade for the team and we look forward to building on our success and achieving the highest possible levels of aftersales service in 2013.”
Rybrook Shrewsbury MINI came out top of the MINI dealer network for Approved Used Car sales. The award is measured on performance against target and continued year on year growth. Ian Lockett, Dealer Principal received the ‘Cherished Delight’ award on behalf of the team at Rybrook Shrewsbury.
Ian Lockett said that the award was “Superb news” for the Featherbed Lane dealership and the Rybrook Shrewsbury Team “It’s a fantastic feeling for all the team when all the efforts throughout the year are recognised in an award like this. We have worked meticulously this year to ensure that the customer experience is an enjoyable one and that the Approved Used MINI buying process is as simple for our customers as possible.”

Both accolades follow on from previous success in the Automotive Awards arena. Rybrook Warwick won Automotive Management’s Aftersales facility of the year for 2011 and Rybrook Shrewsbury MINI has previously been Dealer of the Year and PR Guru of the Year in MINI UK’s awards ceremony.
