RYBROOK WINS 3 MINI OSCARS
Rybrook MINI's performance excelled at last nights MINI Oscars Awards Ceremony. Organised by MINI UK to recognise outstanding acheivements in all areas of the MINI Brand the Awards have become an annual fixture.
MINI UK Dealerships compete in 12 categories, the dealerships are then shortlisted in preparation for the event. Rybrook MINI dealerships made the shortlist for 5 out of the 12 categories.
Rybrook Shrewsbury won the top accolade 'MINI Dealer of the Year' . This prestigious award went to the dealer who consistently performed well across all KPIs. Ian Lockett MINI Brand Manager accepted the award on behalf of the team. All of the team worked hard throughout the year to contribute to this well deserved award. Rybrook Shrewsbury also won PR Guru of the year for their hard work in pushing the dealership team's roles and getting excellent press coverage from their fibre glass MINI antics in the river Severn and the workshop.
Rybrook Stratford proved that they strive to exceed customer's expectations and work hard to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by being named 'Customer Hero of the year'. Congratulations to Simon Mumford and his team.
